Nutrition and Food Services

About the Program VA Nutrition Food Services - Delivering Premier Nutrition Care

Our Nutrition Service provides excellent nutritional care and counseling for both inpatients and outpatients. The department is staffed by Registered Dietitians who are happy to help!

A Registered Dietitian* (RD) is a nutrition expert who can translate scientific findings into practical food choices. Dietitians can help you make healthy food choices, answer your questions and suggest ways to improve your health with diet and lifestyle changes. To learn more about any of the services offered below or to be scheduled to see a dietitian or participate in any of our classes, please contact the Nutrition and Food Service Department at 740-773-1141 x 6351.
