Women who have served in the Armed Forces are eligible for a variety of Veterans benefits. VA actively encourages women to utilize the benefits due them.

The Chillicothe VA Medical Center Women's Health Program targets programs and facilities to meet the unique needs of female Veterans.

on Tuesdays from 8:20 am - 3:20 pm 


Primary Care hours are from 8:30 am - 3:20 pm,
Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays.

  Annual and basic gynecological care is now available daily in the Primary Care clinic by the Women's Health Care Providers.

  • Preventive health screenings
  • Pain management

  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Assessment & Therapy
  • Miitary Sexual Trauma Assessment & Therapy

Patients will be referred to other VA facilities or to the community for any service not available at Chillicothe VA Medical Center.

Mental health services, including treatment for post traumatic stress disorder, are also available for women. Treatment for substance abuse is available as well.
