In accordance with 36 CFR 800.2(d) public notification is required for any Federal undertaking which may affect historic properties. Chillicothe VA Medical Center is planning to break ground soon on a Boiler Plant project consisting of a new building to be located along Talbot Road in an open field, next to the existing Helipad. The old Boiler Plant, located approximately 400 feet south of this site, will be decommissioned and reused for other purposes.
